I try not to (I don't buy junk food when I'm grocery shopping otherwise that's all I'd eat - LOL!)

Probably every second day.

How late did you stay up last night​ and why?
I went to bed around 11:00 pm trying to have an early night but lied in bed stressing about some crap until 1:30 am anyway... If in doubt, always stay on the computer until 1:30 am - it's better than lying in bed unable to sleep
